Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where the context permits, references to the singular shall include the plural and vice versa.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on 995bad, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. Acceptance is indicated by any of the following actions: completing the registration form and submitting it, depositing funds into your 995bad account, or placing a bet or playing a game on the platform.

995bad reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 995bad will notify registered Players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of 995bad following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Account Registration

Age Restriction & Eligibility

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. 995bad does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits will be returned to their source and the associated 995bad account may be suspended pending investigation.

Bonuses & Promotions

The following general rules apply to all 995bad bonuses and promotional offers unless otherwise explicitly stated in the individual promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed account registration and, where stated, identity verification.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per Player, per household address, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion explicitly permits otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered within the time period stated in the promotion terms. Unclaimed or unmet wagering requirements will result in the automatic forfeiture of remaining Bonus Funds upon expiry.

Betting & Casino Rules

All bets placed on 995bad — whether on sports markets, live casino tables, slot games, or arcade titles — are final once confirmed by the platform. Players are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any bet before confirming it. 995bad will not cancel or reverse bets once they have been accepted by the platform, except in circumstances expressly provided for in these Terms & Conditions or in the event of a verified technical error on the platform's part.

For sports betting markets, the following rules apply:

• All quoted odds are correct at the time of display but are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to the accepted bet.
• In the event of a match, tournament, or fixture being cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond 12 hours of its originally scheduled start time, bets will be settled according to the 995bad sports-specific settlement rules applicable to that market.
• Outright tournament winner markets — including BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup — will be settled on the basis of the officially declared winner of the relevant competition. Ties or shared titles will be settled according to the dead heat rules stated in the relevant market's description.
• 995bad reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly displayed in error due to a technical fault or human error, provided the error is identified and communicated to the affected Player within 24 hours of the bet being placed.

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity theft, or any other illegal conduct connected to the Player's account.

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human tool to interact with the platform.
• Accessing 995bad from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law, or using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Any conduct that 995bad reasonably determines to be harmful to the reputation, security, or fair operation of the platform or its player community.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 995bad support via live chat. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within one business day. Before closure is finalised, any pending withdrawals will be completed subject to standard KYC requirements and any applicable wagering conditions on Bonus Funds. Real money balances not subject to wagering requirements will be returned to the Player via their most recently used withdrawal method.
